Walden Man Indicted On Stabbing Charges

WALDEN, N. Y. – A Walden man was indicted on several charges Tuesday stemming from a stabbing that took place last month, according to the Times-Herald Record.

Lawrence Simms, 30, allegedly used a sharp object to stab and seriously injure one man and then attempted to stab another on Sept. 18. He was indicted on first and second-degree assault, second-degree attempted assault and criminal possession of a weapon, the Record said. 

Simms is being held on $50,000 bail or $100,000 bond, the Record reported.
